An all shattered broken entrepreneur meets a girl while attempting suicide from a bridge- a meeting that changes his plan to suicide. They slowly come back to life.


Priyanka is a San Fransisco girl and Ranbir(Akash) is a New York based boy. Ranbir's business crashes when he takes loan of $12 million from a bank. He is unable to repay it and decides to attempt suicide by jumping from a bridge. There he meets Kiara(priyanka chopra) as an unexpected twist. They are chased away by the coast guard. But determined Akash jumps infront of a car and gets hurt. Kiara too slips and falls on the bridge itself to break her neck. Incidentally, they both get admitted to the same hospital. They both escape from there together.
Knowing that both of them are upto ending their lives, they both try to suicide together- using plastic wraps, gas explosion etc but miserably fail. They come to the realization that they have something left to do in their lives. They then by mistake choose the new year's eve as the date to end their lives by jumping from the bridge. But realizing that they had seen a wrong calendar and that they have almost a month left to their fixed date, they plan to realize each one's dreams one by one.
They dreams come one by one. Aakash wants to loose his virginity, Kiara wants to swim in the ocean , far from the land. While on their endeavor to fulfill the latter wish, they fall in the water and their boat goes away. In water, old memories come back to Kiara. She tells Aakash about Jay(Zayed Khan), how much she loved her and how they broke up.
They then plan to make it big- they set out on a drive to Las Vegas. On the way, their car gets stolen, and they retrieve it from a strip club. In vegas, they come close a moment but Kiara has inside her the love for Jay. She tells it to aakash. He , though unwillingly, agrees and both of them split.
At home Kiara can't keep thinking of Aakash, though she has Jay by her side. Finally her friend and Jay tells her to find Aakash. In the meantime Aakash meets his partner friends and plans to return to India.
The New Year's eve arrives-the day they had planned to suicide. Kiara wants to find Aakash. Jay takes her to the airport and tells her to wait for Aakash in the bridge. Aakash too comes to the bridge and thay meet there.
In a different climax, they walk into the waters under the bridge and propose half submerged in the water. Again the old coast guard comes to wade them away, but seeing the good intention of the couple, dims their light for them.

Good: Set in America, Sexy Priyanka and Ranbir
Bad: Too predictable story
